Junior Lone Star FC Partners With adidas Group

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 1, 2013

Junior Lone Star FC is pleased to announce that the club has signed a two-year partnership with the adidas Group to serve as the club’s Official Uniform and Apparel Provider beginning the 2013 League Season. For the next two seasons, adidas will provide soccer gears, including game uniforms, warm-up jerseys, coaches polo, and camp t-shirts for all Junior Lone Star FC’s four teams.

Bill Harte, adidas Mid-Atlantic Region Sales Manager, said: “On behalf of adidas we are proud to be a part of Junior Lone Star FC. The organization has set precedence in the soccer community that should be looked up to. With the clubs success and growth we feel this is a great partnership that will benefit both parties in multiple ways. adidas will always support soccer at all levels of the game and with this new partnership it's clear we are staying true to our mission.”

For his part, Paul Konneh, president of Junior Lone Star FC stated: “adidas is a global brand and we are excited to wear their kits this season. They have produced kits for many National Soccer Associations as well as prestigious soccer clubs around the world so we are excited about this partnership with us. It’s a great improvement for our club and we look forward to wearing our new adidas kit this season.”

The 2013 Junior Lone Star game jerseys are presently in production and will be available just in time for the club’s league opener away to greater Binghamton FC on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Replica jerseys will be sold to the club’s fans online at www.juniorlonestarfc.com.
